I was thinking this the other day: Ever notice how babies just live in the moment? One moment they cry, the next they're happy, or amused, or confused, or scared. Then, it's as if they decide to change their minds and take on a new attitude, a new emotion. I'm not trying to be deep and philosophical here...ok...maybe I am...but why can't us grown-ups adopt this way if being. Animals live in the moment, babies live in the moment. So I guess what I'm trying to say is, if you've had a bad day...your boss crapped on you for some reason or another, or your computer crashed, causing you to lose years worth of documents (which is why I believe in online file storage) why not simply take on a totally different attitude.
So, the next time you're feeling down, just start giggling in front of your friends, bouncing up and down, and squealing....and trust me....
You're day will get better because everyone will treat you better...if only because they will think you've cracked!
